How DTF Printing Works
- Print: Design is printed onto PET film using CMYK + White ink
- Powder: Hot-melt adhesive powder is applied to wet ink
- Cure: Powder is melted at 110-130°C for 60-120 seconds
- Press: Transfer is heat-pressed onto fabric at 150-165°C
- Peel: Film is peeled off (hot or warm depending on system)
