Recommended Process (start points; adjust to your line)

• Powder application: even coat; shake off excess

• Cure/Melt: 110–130 °C for 60–120 s (oven/tunnel)

• Heat press: 150–165 °C for 8–15 s

• Peel: follow your film/ink system (hot/warm); re-press 2–5 s if needed

Compatibility

Works with mainstream DTF films and DTF inks (CMYK+White).
Pairs best with KungFuDTF dual-matte films for smooth transfer and clean release.
