1. Pre-Transfer Preparation

• Materials Needed: Items to be transferred (cotton, polyester, leather, etc.), heat press (recommended) or household iron. Ensure the item surface is flat, wrinkle-free, and dust-free.
• Tool Check: Preheat the heat press and set parameters according to the material (reference: cotton fabric 150-160℃, pressure 3-5kg, time 10-15 seconds; consult our technical team for customized parameters).

2. Positioning & Alignment

• Place the transfer film with the pattern side (adhesive side) facing down, accurately aligning the target position on the item, and fix the edges with high-temperature tape to prevent shifting during heat pressing.
• For uneven areas with buttons or seams, place a flat high-temperature resistant pad underneath to ensure uniform pressure.

3. Heat Press Transfer

• Start the heat press, lower the platen smoothly onto the transfer film, and operate strictly according to the set time and pressure (household irons require manual uniform pressure, moving continuously to avoid local overheating).
• During heat pressing, the hot melt adhesive layer is activated by high temperature, peeling the pattern from the film and firmly bonding it to the item’s surface.

4. Peeling & Finished Product

• After heat pressing, choose the peeling method according to the transfer film type: most cases use "warm peeling" (slowly tear off the film after slight cooling), while some special materials support "cold peeling" (peel after full cooling). Maintain uniform force during operation.
• After peeling, check if the pattern edges are intact. If slightly warped, a quick secondary press for 2-3 seconds can reinforce it—your custom item with unique creativity is complete!
