Here’s a 10-second evaluation checklist every print shop should use before buying DTF film.

1️⃣ Scratch Test — Check the Coating Strength (3 seconds)

Use your fingernail and gently scratch the coating.

Good film:
✔ Smooth
✔ No flaking
✔ No powdery residue
✔ Coating stays intact

Bad film:
✘ Coating comes off

✘ White powder on your finger
